Ceres Named Net Zero Champion at the 2026 Engineering Matters Awards
We are happy to announce that we have been named Net Zero Champion at the Engineering Matters Awards, judged by representatives from the Institution of Mechanical Engineers and Engineers Without Borders.
The award recognises projects, technologies and innovations that make a real and measurable contribution to reducing carbon emissions and accelerating progress towards net zero. At a time when industry is searching for practical pathways to decarbonisation, this industry recognition reinforces the role that high efficiency solid oxide technology can play in delivering cleaner, more resilient energy systems
Nick Lawrence, our Chief Product Officer, sat down with Alex Conacher and Rhian Owen of Engineering Matters to discuss, Ceres’ flagship technology Ceres Endura, the current challenges facing the energy sector, grid constraints, and why flexible, scalable technology will be key to meeting rising demand without compromising on decarbonisation.
This award belongs to the many talented engineers, scientists, technicians and commercial teams across Ceres, as well as our partners around the world, who are working together to bring solid oxide technology to market at scale.
A huge thank you to the judges for the recognition and congratulations to all the other winners.
