Protecting the wellbeing of our employees and all those involved with Ceres is a fundamental aspect of our operational philosophy.
We are committed to maintaining effective systems, processes and training to manage health, safety and welfare across our operations, while supporting a culture of continuous improvement.
No one should come to work and return home injured. We are always striving to improve health and safety performance. This includes regular consultation with employees, partners, suppliers and contractors to ensure risks are assessed and controlled, and to support continuous improvement in our safety record.
In 2025, Ceres reported a Total Recordable Incident Rate (“TRIR”) of 0.83 per 100 employees, up from 0.33 the previous year. Ceres reported zero injuries under the Reporting of Injuries, Diseases, and Dangerous Occurrences (“RIDDORs”) criteria, consistent with zero reports last year.
Health and safety is embedded across operations, supported by mandatory inductions and annual refresher training for all employees. A culture of responsibility, transparency and improvement is reinforced through structured processes and governance.
All incidents, near misses and improvements are recorded in our HSE reporting system. Performance is monitored through weekly executive reports, monthly site audits, and regular inclusion of HSE in delivery, All Hands and Board meetings.
