Terms of Engagement for Permanent Recruitment
If Ceres engages with your company’s recruitment services, please review the obligations to meet Ceres’ Recruitment Talent Acquisition Policy.
Key Criteria – Obligations of the Recruitment Business
- All contractual terms of business will be agreed ahead of candidate submission and prior to any engagement with Ceres’ Hiring Manager population
- The Recruitment Business will allocate an Account Manager as a single point of contact for Ceres
- All Recruitment Business email communication will be sent to recruitment@cerespower.com
- The Recruitment Business will respond to all Ceres vacancy requirements within agreed timescales
- The Recruitment Business will share Ceres values and employee proposition as well as direct candidates to Ceres website for information to enable Ceres to be seen as an “employer of choice”
- The Recruitment Business will ensure that all proposed Candidates have been interviewed prior to submission to Ceres, to evaluate their skills, experience and suitability for the Job Vacancy
- All candidate submissions will be sent via Ceres ’candidate management system and will include a covering letter confirming the candidate’s right-to-work status, salary & package notice period, location, willingness to relocate if necessary and pending holidays
- All candidates will have reviewed the job description prior to attending an interview and the Recruitment Business will ensure all Candidates attending interviews are fully briefed on the role
- The Recruitment Business will keep Ceres fully briefed on the Candidates’ salary expectations, any other known offers and counter-offers made during the selection process
- The Recruitment Business will provide feedback to the shortlisted candidates in the process whether successful or unsuccessful
- At the point of a candidates offer, the Recruitment Business will provide all relevant candidate Information to enable Ceres to send out the contract of employment
- For all successfully placed candidates – it is expected that the Recruitment Business will remain engaged with the candidate until the time of joining Ceres
Key Criteria – Ceres Obligations
- Based on mutually agreed and signed Recruitment Terms of Business
- Ceres will provide the Recruitment Business with full details of Ceres’ policies and will keep the Recruitment Business updated on relevant changes, as necessary
- The Talent Acquisition Team at Ceres shall notify the Recruitment Business of a job vacancy at the point that Ceres wishes to engage with a preferred Recruitment Business
- Ceres will provide full vacancy details including a role profile, location of work, salary and benefit details, and reporting line
- Ceres shall provide the Recruitment Business with feedback on Candidates’ CV submissions and interviews attended
- Ceres will inform the Recruitment Business of their candidates’ success by email pending a contract of employment
- Candidate onboarding procedures are shared with the Recruitment Business at the time of agreeing the Terms of Business
Recruitment Agency – New Engagement
Process to partner & terms of engagement
If you are recruitment agency that is not a Ceres preferred supplier but wish to be considered as a future recruitment partner, in the first instance you will need to provide the following information:
- An overview of the company’s expertise and service model provisions
- A list of your office/geographical locations
- Such information as is sufficient to allow Ceres to complete its supplier assurance activities, which shall include as a minimum, but is not limited to:
- Company registration details
- Details of the insurances you have in place and a copy of your insurances certificate(s)
- Details of any ISO certifications you have obtained
- A summary page of areas covering industry expertise & recruitment business disciplines
- The Recruitment Business’s Terms of Business (which are subject to Ceres review and are by no means binding) but provide an indication of the Recruitment Business overarching terms.
All information should be emailed to recruitment@cerespower.com. This information will be kept as potential Recruitment Agency providers and reviewed when we need to extend our preferred suppliers list. Ceres will contact you should we wish to discuss your recruitment services further. All correspondence must be sent to recruitment@cerespower.com and not directly to our hiring manager population.
